Terms and Conditions

By engaging SSO Web Company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for web design, graphic design, or related digital services/products, the Client ("you" or "your") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between the Client and the Company.

The Company agrees to provide web design, graphic design, UI/UX design, and related digital services as outlined in the specific project proposal, statement of work (SOW), or invoice provided to the Client. Any additional features, pages, or revisions outside the original scope will be subject to additional fees.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before any design work commences.
• Invoicing: The remaining balance will be invoiced upon project completion and must be paid in full before the final handover of assets, website launch, or transfer of administrative rights.
• Late Payments: Invoices not paid within [Insert Number, e.g., 14] days of the due date may incur a late fee of 5% per month. The Company reserves the right to suspend services or withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.

The Client agrees to provide all necessary text, images, logos, and other content required for the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing content or feedback may result in corresponding delays to the project timeline. The Company is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by the Client's failure to provide required assets.

Projects include a specified number of revision rounds as detailed in the project proposal (standard is typically 2-3 rounds). Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. The Client must sign off on final designs before development or final file delivery begins.

• Final Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, the Client will own the rights to the final completed website, graphics, and visual assets created for the project.
• Source Files: Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing, the Company retains ownership of all working files, drafts, and source files (e.g., layered Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma files).
• Portfolio Rights: The Company retains the right to display the completed project, graphics, and web designs in our portfolio, on our website, and in promotional materials.

Any costs for third-party services, including but not limited to domain registration, web hosting, premium fonts, stock photography, or software plugins, are the responsibility of the Client unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project proposal.

• As-Is Delivery: Services and products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
• Performance: The Company does not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings (SEO), or website traffic resulting from our design services.
• Liability: In no event shall the Company be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of profits, arising out of the use or inability to use the web or graphic products delivered.

Either party may terminate the project at any time with written notice. In the event of cancellation by the Client, the Company will retain the initial deposit and will invoice for any work completed beyond the deposit amount up to the date of cancellation. Upon cancellation, the Company retains ownership of all uncompleted drafts and designs.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Virginia.
